How to redeem

• Book your session online or at the box office.
• Gold Grass seating is subjst to capacity.  IT is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to book online in advance.
• To redeem online, use the barcode and 4 digit PIN found on your purhcased eVoucher and book your session at Moonlight Cinema Adelaide - Event Cinemas
• To redeem at the Box Office, simply present your eVoucher, either as a printed copy or displayed on a mobile device.
• Booking fees will apply to onlne bookings which are not included in the eVoucher price.  if you purchase an eVoucher and then redeem it online, you will be asked by the cinema to pay an additional booking fee.  There is no booking fee to redeem in person at the cinema.

Terms and Conditions

• Gold Grass eVouchers are valid for use for the 2023-24 Summer season only.
• Valid for 1x Gold Grass admission to a standard movie session at Moonlight Gold Grass only.
• The onus is on the holder to use the eVoucher before the expiry date. eVouchers must be redeemed prior to the end of the 2023-24 Summer season.
• Moonlight Gold Grass eVouchers are not valid for use for Gold Class, Premium Seating concepts, 4DX, Boutique, Event Junior, Movie Marathons, Chicks At The Flicks, group bookings or any sessions classified as festivals, alternate content or special events including but not limited to foreign films. No refunds given except those required by law. No date extensions available. No change given. Moonlight eVouchers cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written consent of The Greater Union Organisation Pty Limited.
• Gold Grass eVouchers do not guarantee a reserved seat - seating is subject to availability.  Gold Grass eVouchers will not be extended, replaced or exchanged and are invalid without an expiry date.  Do not share or disclose the barcode or PIN details to ensure your GOld Grass eVoucher remains secure.  Once the barcode has been used it becomes void.  Barcodes cannot be used moer than once.  No refunds, other than those required by law, will be given after the date of purchase.  No change given.  Your Gold Grass eVoucher status (including expiry date - can be viewed online: eventcinemas.com.au/giftcard/balance.
• Standard classifications apply. Valid for use in Australia only. If a movie session is cancelled or terminated by Moonlight Management due to adverse weather conditions or technical considerations, a voucher redeemable for the same ticket type for a future session in the current season will be provided.
• In the event that a session is cancelled or terminated by Moonlight Management, ticket holders will be notified via SMS and announcements will be made online and through social media. Entry may be refused if eVouchers are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased through one of Moonlight's authorised points of sale. Conditions of entry apply.
