How to redeem

• Book your session online or at the box office - the eVoucher is not a ticket and must be used to book your desired movie session.
• To redeem online, use the barcode and 4 digit PIN found on your purchased eVoucher and book your session at HOYTS.com.au
• To redeem at the Box Office, simply present your eVoucher, either as a printed copy or displayed on a mobile device.
• Booking fees will apply to online bookings which are not included in the eVoucher price.  If you purchase an eVoucher and then redeem it online you will be asked by the cinema to pay an additional booking fee.  There is no booking fee to redeem in person at the cinema

Terms and Conditions

• This voucher must be exchanged or redeemed at the Box Office, Candy Bar, HOYTS.com.au or the HOYTS app.
• This voucher is redeemable for one (1) admission ticket for HOYTS Lux session.
• Valid for any session (except sessions Saturday and Sunday from 2pm onwards and public holidays) at HOYTS Lux cinemas in Australia unless otherwise stated in these conditions
• Valid until the expiry date indicated on the voucher and cannot be exchanged, extended or replaced.
• Voucher is not redeemable for special or group event sessions
• Voucher is not redeemable at affiliated cinemas in Australia (see website for more details)
• Cannot be used to purchase 3D glasses
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• No replacement or refund if the voucher is lost, stolen or damaged
• Cannot be used to purchase any pre-paid movie vouchers, gift cards or HOYTS Rewards memberships
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and change will not be given irrespective of cinema pricing
• Seats are not guaranteed and subject to availability. Book your tickets in advance via the HOYTS Website or app to secure seats.
