How to redeem

• Vouchers can be redeemed in person at the Box Office.
• Vouchers can be used to book online at HOYTS.COM.AU Booking fees will apply and are payable directly to HOYTS.
• Voucher may need to be presented after booking online when collecting tickets as proof of ownership.
• Vouchers can be printed out or displayed on a mobile device.

Terms and Conditions

• This voucher must be exchanged or redeemed at the Box Office, Candy Bar, HOYTS.com.au or the HOYTS app.
• This voucher is redeemable for one (1) Adult general admission ticket.
• Valid for any Standard session (excluding Saturday and Sunday from 2pm onwards and public holidays) at HOYTS cinemas in Australia unless otherwise stated in these conditions
• Valid for any DBOX, 3D, Samsung Onyx, Lounge and/or Xtremescreen movie session with an upgrade fee, applied during redemption.
• Valid until the expiry date indicated on the voucher and cannot be exchanged, extended or replaced.
• Voucher cannot be redeemed and/or upgraded to HOYTS LUX, HOYTS Daybed, special or group event sessions
• Voucher is not redeemable at affiliated cinemas in Australia (see website for more details)
• Cannot be used to purchase 3D glasses. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• No replacement or refund if the voucher is lost, stolen or damaged. Cannot be used to purchase any pre-paid movie vouchers, gift cards or HOYTS Rewards memberships
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and change will not be given irrespective of cinema pricing
• Seats are not guaranteed and subject to availability. Book your tickets in advance via the HOYTS Website or app to secure seats.  Booking fees will apply.
